The ACL 2.05 model is shown in these two photos.  The seeder can handle seed as large as soybeans or corn, up to .24 inches or 6mm in diameter.  It can also plant seed as small as .07 inches or 2 mm in diameter, including clover, oats and rice. The seeder option is available on all models.  The 2.05 version can hold about 300 pounds of seed.  The seed cups are made of brass instead of plastic, and are spaced at 12cm or 4 inch intervals.

Glennview Plantation, near Eufaula, Alabama, purchased a medium-duty ACL stone-burier, complete with seeder, to prepare wildlife plots.  In the past, Glennview averaged four passes over a plot, but the using the ACL and seeder, they cultivated and planted their 20 plots in just a single pass.  The plot pictured at left had not been cultivated prior to 2005, but still no disking was required.

Glennview Plantation's wildlife plots vary in size from 1 to 3 acres.  Their ACL 2.05 has a working width of 80 inches, making it easy to move between plots.
