Custom-built Mowers, Cultivators, Stone-Buriers, Low-Volume Electrostatic Sprayers and more

We specialize in equipment tailored to solve the our customers' unique challenges.  Our implements are of the highest quality and will serve you dependably for years to come.  Whether you have narrow-width, compact tractors or larger models, we can provide an implement to suit your needs.

You can recondition your soil in just one pass with our line of stone-buriers.  These reverse-rotation cultivators have a separation grill, which buries stones, clods and vegetation, leaving an excellent seedbed for replanting.  Add a seeder and you can go from fallow field to planted crop in one pass. Built by Edore Collari and family, these machines are designed for ease of operation and dependable performance.

If you want to enhance the richness of your soil, while minimizing herbicide use, consider one of our mowers with interchangeable attachments to till, mow or shred under fences, trellis and drip irrigation lines, and around posts, vines and trees. These machines can help you meet strict organic production standards.  Originally designed for use in vineyards and orchards, they also perform very well on horse farms and in nurseries (see our "Before and After" photos for proof). Our mowers will effectively mulch large limbs as well as weeds or cover crops, simultaneously protecting hillsides against erosion while returning valuable organic material to the soil. The mini-tillers and mini-shredders are built with a sensor to hydraulically retract the unit in advance of trees and vines. The "mow-around" disk mower is available with the sensor, or spring-loaded to roll and bounce around posts, vines and nursery stock. It is designed to float over uneven ground.  Round-Up™ resistant weeds are not a problem for these machines!  All of our vineyard, orchard and nursery implements are custom-built to meet your specifications by Rolando Calderoni and Company. This small, family-run company supplies machinery to vineyards and orchards in France, Austria, Hungary, Romania and South America, as well as to vineyards and orchards throughout Italy. Their craftsmanship and attention to detail ensures that a Calderoni machine is durable, dependable and of the highest quality.  For more photos and  information, please visit the Calderoni web-site at www.calderoniweb.it.

We are pleased to offer the KWH Whirlwind series of Low-volume sprayers.  The Martignani company builds a wide range of mist blowers, suitable for orchards, vineyards and citrus groves.  They can reduce spray costs up to 65% while improving penetration and coverage.  Also available in Electrostatic versions, these machines will practically eliminate run-off and minimize droplet drift.

For quickly cutting hay, mowing pond and ditch banks, or trimming hedgerows, we offer a twin-bladed hay mower  that won't choke up even when cutting wet or downed grass.
